At HT International our clients are end users of materials we supply such as steel mills to supply scrap steel, iron ore, coal, chromium and other minerals that may be required. In addition, our clients include companies, governments, NGOs that have need of our service in the various areas of identifying technologies and strategic alliances for deployment thereof to create infrastructure to help fulfill project obligations and meet the goals set forth.

WHEREAS HTI has contacts

with different federal agencies, such as the US Department of Energy, US Department of Agriculture, US Department of Defence, and investors that can provide either equity, grants, loans or loan guarantees for the said project
with engineering, consulting firms, and equipment suppliers that can provide build, own and operate services for the said project
with government officials, investors, service providers in India, Pakistan, and Middle East for the said project, which might lead into a joint venture, merger and or other association or licensing to a third party or transaction with HTI in line with the scenario and parameters sought by HTI clients for funding of said projects.
